This information is necessary for the functionality of the App. We do not save your device's location in our database. However, the location may be transmitted to our API to query data, and it may be temporarily stored in request logs for debugging purposes.

Data Retention

You may request to have your and your associated data permanently deleted at anytime through the app

Once user data is deleted from our database, it cannot be recovered.

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request a manual deletion of your data by contacting us though email at hello@arcadego.app. Requests are typically processed within 72 hours.

Your Choices

You can choose not to provide certain information, but this may limit your ability to use certain features of the App.
